Negative feedback
 

What can I say? Had 100% feedback before this trash jumped in.
Shipped him the same day he made the purchase, without a tracking, cheap cheap stuff.
He waited for 10 days, never said a word of not receiving the item, never tried to contact me whatsoever, directly left a feedback saying he didn't receive the item.
Tried to email, call. no way can get a word back .
He has 31 feedback. Competitor? Scammer?
What should I do? New account, totally destroyed by this neg. feedback.

If it's just your percentage that has been destroyed you can continue to sell and build it up. If it's your stats on seller dashboard, okay, but feedback isn't as important as some people think. It's nice, yes and in the long term it's important, but when you don't have many feedbacks one negative isn't the end of the account.

Could be;

• Competitor
• Scammer
• Someone who enjoys trashing other peoples accounts
• Average person who uses eBay and exists in life

No way to know, so unless it's trashed your seller dashboard I would keep selling. Build another account up anyway, just because, but don't give up until the account is closed.

There's no way to know, but sell some extra stuff fairly quickly and get your % up as fast as you can. Don't expect any raises for a while if the account survives.

I got a neg on a new account at about 20 feedbacks....it's still active, but it's over 18 months old and has never got a single raise....stuck at 10/1K.

Sell cheap items with free shipping for fast feedback. Rough to hear about it - if he doesn't agree to revise, not much you can do.

Not sure about competitor or scammer - all depends on your market

A quick little trick is to keep stock of something cheap and easy to sell and when you get a neg, unload that product. Just keep it in your back pocket for when you get those rare neg FB
