A few issues creating an account
 

Ive created an eGay account and registered on PP. Now i'm trying to change this into a business account and I'm getting the following when I try to set up for automatic payments (I can see my paypal is already set as the automatic payment)

Automatic PayPal Payments
You cannot sign up for automatic PayPal payments at this time.
In order to sign up you must:
Have an eBay seller's account. If you are trying to pay for an item, learn how to pay your seller.

Also I'm getting the following when I click on my seller account

How to Sell Items on eBay
Sign up for PayPal (optional)
If you want to use PayPal to accept buyers' credit card and electronic cheque payments online, we recommend signing up before you list your first item for sale. Register for PayPal.

Is this some kind of a glitch or have I missed something? Its not my first time creating an account, just created it a little different. I created the PayPal using the link in eBay

You need to turn it into a seller account first by listing your first item and only then can you convert it to a business account.

My last account I hadn't listed anything and I could see my limits and also I had turned it into a business account couple of weeks ago only to list on it this week.

Also when I listed it automatically upped from 10 to 25 items

No idea, i just know thats how it works lol..

the limits dont auto increase any more either at the moment.

Mine auto increased only a few days ago from 10 to 25 and this was almost immediately after listing

yes that was happening on every account we sellers made. Its stopped now though so it wasnt anything to do with your account.
