Linking question - Billind address
 

So I set up a successful stealth account with all new information and I ended up using my new address since I recently moved. I opened a new bank account and linked he debit card with paypal as well as the vanilla that I originally used to sign up.

My problem is that I still use my old paypal account which is linked to my banned ebay account, to make everyday purchases. However I recently lost my credit card and I had to update the numbers and enter the new info. For the billing address I had to use my current address again.

Will these two paypal accounts get linked based of the same billing address? Its not the same credit card. Its different cards, different numbers, different banks, different names. Just the same billing address.

Should I change the billing address on my stealth since this card will most likely never get used, or is it too late already or is not a big deal at all?

If when you gave the old card numbers to PP, you also gave the old address, AND if when you gave the new numbers to PP, you gave the new address...THEN no linkage. If you gave the same address to PP with both cards, then yes..it is linked. Now how soon (if ever) EB discovers this, who knows.

If damage is done, then there is no reversing it. You can delete it and add something else, but EB/PP doesn't forget. They keep it FOREVER.

So, regardless or what happens, start using it. You can't fix it now if you created damage.

TIP: You should create back ups regardless of this scenario. Every stealther should!

Stealth 101--Once you have a banned Ebay account it is wise to let PP go also....Too many bad things can happen if you hold on to either one..No matter how careful you are, one day you will accidentally link them...
