Wow Ebay makes it hard to deal with bad buyers
 

Well it seems you cant report non paying bidders no more eather that or im overlooking it cause i do a ebay search for the non payer process and its no where to be found all. it says is contact buyer and try to work things out blah blah blah! Use to i would put non paying bidder as my keywords in ebay search and it would pop right up but not no more.

On the new dispute system renamed to the innacurate eupamism, "resolution center", eBay now won't show when you can finally get your fees back for a non-responce unless you open each one up and try manually to get the fees back.

eBay must had hid it from me cause use to i would type report a non paying bidder in there help search button and it would pop right up but now it dosent guess there makeing people dig deeper for a non payers reoprt.
