Multiple eBay Seller Accounts
 

I understand that eBay allows multiple accounts, whether to buy or sell, as long as it is not to avoid any selling/buying limits. Would it be a wise idea to open up another eBay account with the same IP and info for selling or would this be a bad idea?

Scenario:
You open another account under the same info as previous account.....Some how the 1st account goes down...well the rest will follow.

If you don't think you will have problems then proceed but always remember that something can happen at any time.

It is possible to open multiple ebay accounts with the same info, but ebay only allows this if you sell different things on each account.

But we as stealth dont recommend this for the reasons MM78 says..
If one goes down, they ALL go down. It also affects your selling limits to.

I have 6 valid accounts with all real info......I sell old collectibles on all of them...Some are 10 years old, my youngest is like 2 years. I have never had a serious problem where they are concerned. If one of those accounts goes down, they all will, because they are linked in every way there can be.

HOWEVER , I have 35 stealth accounts that I use, because as I love to say..."There are 2 kinds of ebay sellers, those that have been suspended, and those that are going to get suspended".

Be smart and have many different accounts that are unlinked for that rainy MC999 day!
