How to keep my auctions from showing in sold listings?

I know its possible because Ive seen it done by other ebay members. Have a competitor sneaking around my listings and need to have them not shown in sold listings. Ive made the auction private but it still shows in the sold listings.

Any advice?

I don't know how that works but its annoying to me how that updates. Even on some of my items it doesn't show them.
