smile | 10-28-2008 06:11 PM | Can Anyone Help Me With This Please I wrote ebay about a account that was indefinitely suspended. I asked them why it was suspended and what I did and I did not understand and this is the reply im just not sure what to make of it and im not sure if it is a trick or not. should I follow through on this or leave it alone? Should I write them from the first account or leave it alone. - Here is the reply:
Dear Mr.,
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your suspended account.
The email address you're writing from is registered to an indefinitely
suspended account. Account #2 was suspended indefinitely because it
was used while a linked account, account #1, was suspended.
This is a serious violation of the eBay User Agreement, which states
that you agree not to use eBay while "you are ... temporarily or
indefinitely suspended &" Accounts may be considered linked for a number of reasons: They may be registered to the same household, have the same contact information, or sell the same or similar items.
I am pleased to inform you that the account #1 account is currently
eligible for reinstatement. However, you must write to us from the email address registered to that eBay account. Until all issues from your primary suspended account has been resolved, your secondary account willnot be eligible for reinstatement.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reply to this
email and let us know.
Sincerely,
Ebay Guy 1
