Will using my middle name work?
 

My passport includes my middle name Patrick, if I set up an account as Pat doherty and i verify it with my passport sean patrick doherty, will this work?

If I have already used an account before which has not been banned and they get linked, what will happen?

No. I got away with it for about 1 month and when I started listing more and more I got hit with the MC999. It'll lead back to YOU no matter what.

This is the reason that lead me to the forum in the first place

A middle name will probably be the same as a mis spelled name? I have one too but what stopped me from using it was that if the asked me for a copy of my passport the date of birth and passport number will link me. ( this is an assumption please correct me if I am wrong) Ebay has a copy of my foreign passport on file. Perhaps if I become a citizen one day and get a new US passport I will revisit getting a legit ebay account but I cannot see that being possible with my unique Dutch names and DOB combination.

If you use real info, you must use exactly your name, contain your midle name, Ebay can check your info
