New account setup help
 

So im a newbie and i brought the stealth book yeterday and read it 2x..kinda get it but i need to read 2 more time later on...anyway i have a few question if you guys could help out..i appreciate it

1.So i know i need a new ip..im getting that from Switchvns
2.just reformat my computer with brand new os installed..just like a new computer.
*And here is where i get confuse about...i just opened a new bank account with my real name and address and everything else is real..but my banned ebay and paypal have the same info..is that ok?

**and i have a brother that never create an ebay or paypal before but we share the same last name and home address..can i use his info to make a stealth account with new ip but same home address??

1 - Is your account domestic? If so much better options out there than a VPS/VPN (I assume Switchvns is one of those companies?). Look into dongles or tethering if you cannot change your own IP address

2 - No need to reformat.

3 - Banks do not share infomation with EB or PP.

4 - Do not use family info. Better to use totally stealth info. No infomation can be reused.
