Owe $10 eBay fee
 

I had this stealth acct. for almost one year. 100% positive feedback.
Reported by competitors, got suspended indefinitely.

Called eBay 2 times trying to reinstate this acct.
First time HE reviewed my acct, saying "I will submit this case to a higher team, see if can get it reinstated.will let you know by phone or email."
Didn't hear anything back.
Called the second time. SHE said "there is nothing I can do, I can't reinstate your acct. it is final decision..............blah blah"

I had experiences of reinstating indefinitely suspended accts. Not this time.
So, dumped my PayPal acct. Kiss goodby to my dearly loved acct.

Owe $40 to eBay.
Not the type of person I am, I worked hard to maintain the 100% positive feedback, fixed neg. feedback, tried every channels to contact with stupid clueless buyers who know nothing but opening cases whenever an issue occurs(or even no issues). Did nothing wrong, reported by jealous competitors, got suspended. Angry, felt so unfair.

So what eBay would do to pursue their $40 fee?

Best to never find out and pay the $40.

I have seen email and letters for a lesser amount.

Assuming the stealth account is in a stealth name, address, ect....What can they do to YOU?

They will do everything legally that they can do...and as mad , angry and pissed off you are....the smart thing to do is cool off for a while, then pay it. I had an old 3 year old fee come back to screw me....learn from my goof!....pay it......$40 is cheap insurance not to have a problem later.

What JamesNorth said. It isn't worth the hassle for $40. They will send emails/letters no matter how small the amount until you pay. You rightly owe them fees for selling on their site. If you don't pay, they will take legal action.

Just pay it, $40...come on! It won't end just on them leaving you alone. Login, pay it, create a new account and make it back in sales.
