Can Ebay track me if I ship to old address??
 

Dear Sellers,
I have placed some orders on Ebay and I have 2 questions:
1. Can I use the old shipping address (which has been suspended) to require seller ship to? Can EBay track me that way?
2. I intend to send in some money from my old Paypal account(linked to the suspended account) to the new steath one to pay bill. Is it safe to do this?

1) shipping address might be the same but name shall be different. eBay will keep records forever. Your name together with that address is banned.

2) don't do that. This is a very strong link between the 2 accounts. Use a gift card to load funds to your stealth Paypal.

...btw... where is your account based? Which country? Is it a buyer account only?

Seriously, we need a sticky about people wanting to transfer money from paypal to paypal....is this not clear?
