Dragonsden | 10-30-2008 12:08 AM | More Chargeback stupidity I've sold on ebay occassionally and recently I decided to do a few dropship orders since it looked kind of easy. Well on my last order the dropship company sent the wrong product. The result was an angry buyer. I told them to wait for the correct replacement after returning the wrong one. They agreed and within a few days got a chargeback while the replacement was on it's way. Since it's been delivered I have not heard a peep from the customer. I can only guess what has happened here. After I send GC my inadequate tracking info I'm off to close my bank account so they can't take the money from me. It's times like these I wish I had a ING or Wamu account. I assume closing a sub account has no effect on the main bank account in these types of situations. I of course have to go in person for my bank. |
