Lost Ebay before Paypal requested SSN

Long story short if you lose an old ebay account, but send in your SSN for a a Paypal you once used for the old ebay.

Or since the Old Ebay account was terminated and closed before you gave your SSN to the PayPal are they not assoicated?

ebay/paypal are linked. Records are kept for centuries. A previously used SSN is a link to anything new. Sorry

Yes once paypal have your ssn it is all over because they will always keep this number no matter what. You would have to use a totally different person ssn.
