International Visibility Question
 

Hi Everyone

I would appreciate a little help on the following as it is really confusing me.

My Main Account:

Is a TRS, high DSR's, Free Postage, International Postage, and Items are showing up on Ebay.Com, Canada, Italy, Germany, France etc etc.

However visibility is low on this TRS account at the moment.

My several small low feedback accounts:

Exactly the same, except higher (yes higher visibility), yet these items are only showing up on the UK site.

These low feedback accounts have not accrued 10 seller feedbacks yet. However I have been able to setup International Postage options and have sold to International customers.

I cannot make head or tail of this situation. It makes no sense to me at all.

It is clear to me that the first main account has the most items and is being "throttled" as some like to call it.

But when will my items on the other accounts start appearing on the other International sites?

I think the smaller accounts, because they are new have automatically have been enrolled in the Global Shipping Programme which will allow International buyers to purchase from you.

I have no idea why you cannot see them on the other sites though. Has the main account TRS been enrolled in Global Shipping yet?

I should have mentioned none are in the GSP.

I have opted all of them out.

I have just performed an experiment.

I have searched for one of my item numbers from one of my newer accounts on EBay France.

I receive this message.

Which translated in Google means this.

The same items as my main account.

I think they may be being blocked until seller feedback reaches 10.

Just another quick update.

If I search for the item number from my newer accounts on other international Sites they are there.

However they are not appearing in search results when I search for that item.

Have you clicked the little internationally viewable box on the listings?

Its possible to set up international postage and then not make them appear international viable.

Hi James

I have not selected the additional International Visibility Upgrade option which the last time I checked was 40p?

However I have setup Postage Tables on all EBay accounts.

On visiting the EU sites, items should show up. But they only do on my main account.

On visiting .com, .ca, .aus Worldwide has to be selected which should result in listings being shown. Again, this only works on my main account.

If the additional Upgrade is purchased, then Worldwide need not be selected.

Guess I am going to keep on playing and experimenting.

Something I forgot to mention.

The items are showing up on the Irish site.

Its the only other site that is showing the items from my new accounts in searches.

Probably just another glitch....
