If you buy a smartphone like a tracphone can ebay trace the ip on the phone if you verify with a different phone for the phone number. Does the ip on a phone change if at a different location each time

That's interesting...

• I don't consider tracphones to be smartphones.
• "Tracing" an IP address... just those words put together.. interesting.
• Verify with a Different phone yet eBay is tracing an IP address? With a phone call?
• Ip changing with different locations... hmm..

OP.. I strongly suggest purchasing eBay Stealth just to get the basics down and understand what you should be doing. Give it a read.. learn how to properly manage a stealth account and post any questions you have here and we'll try to help out.

At this point I think you would be doing yourself more harm then good before reading the stealth guide.
