how im supposed to get good feedback if i cant sell anything?
 

does this mean i can only sell one item a month, or what does this mean?

You've reached the selling limit for the number of items you can list. Your current Feedback status indicates you need to improve your seller performance. Because of this, your selling privileges are limited to 1 item until your overall feedback is greater than 0.

i just started selling again. of these past years on / off selling i know im a good seller and both feedbacks were left unfairly. if there was any problem, they didnt let me know. neg for trivial stuff. ..just crazy

If you haven't sold anything in the past few years and if you got a neg feedback under your account, your seller performance rating by ebay might have come down hence the limits you are getting.

the 2 neg feedback are the only feedback ive gotten. i started the acc in January this year, started selling this month.i dont hear many with this problem, so i expect answers to be limited but thank you all

It just makes sense to start another account, and sell what u can on the other and possibly over time you can get that going again

But your only option is to make more accounts, just another reason to spread sales out over multiple accounts, some accounts just don't make it while others , get lots of random limit increases and positive feedbacks
