Unpaid item recorded
 

Hi,
Now i am having an unpaid item recorded to my account. It is not because I dont to to pay, I have no idea why paypal does not let me make payment for this seller (other transaction works well). I have contacted the seller, but no answer. I contacted ebay, no answer as well. I contacted the card issuer, Paypal support center,etc... I tried many ways in order to be able to pay, but they dont even work. So stress.

So, that unpaid item was recored in my account. My question is: can I start to sell with that bad history in my account? Will it last forever?

I would appriciate your advices and comments.

Hi,
I have sent more than 4 messages for seller, waited more than 5 business days, but no reply.
Firstly, i ask her for help, some later mail i ask to cancle the purchase but she dont reply.

Bad history will go away with time but since the strike is new...if you do further activities, you MUST avoid strikes
