Images displaying in my phone

I just switched from blackberry to note 3. My email accounts are set not to

display images. Also my phone is set to not display images. However sometimes

when a customer asks a question about a product, the image of the product

shows. This only happens in my note 3 and have happened for several accounts. I

have never experienced this before with blackberry. Please advise, what should I

do? Thank you in advance.

Possibly the image is being shown because it has been incorporated into text. While I am not too worried about it, wait for other ppl to post
