| | What Kind Of thins DO YOU sell on EBay? Just wondering what the majority of you sell.
I have noticed some people on here making tons of sales.
Would be interested in getting a sense of how many stealthys sell new, used,Drop Ship goods, etc..... |
Re: What Kind Of thins DO YOU sell on EBay? Asking people what they sell is not something we talk about.....Some may or may not tell you and well.....it's really none of anyone's business.
This question get's asked about 10-15 times every few months.....so wait for the sarcasm to drop. |
| bjammin | 10-31-2014 10:57 PM | Re: What Kind Of thins DO YOU sell on EBay? Lol, (enter witty comment here). Yeah that's a no-no only because if they tell you, then they gotta worry if they just created a competitor. Also, realize that some competitors are responsible for others getting banned, when they are selling the same crap. |

| yankee | 10-31-2014 11:33 PM | Re: What Kind Of thins DO YOU sell on EBay? Many people say dirty diapers. Yea that's the hottest thing going, lol
I sell all sorts of things. Small house hold goods, airfilters have done well recently, ATV, John Deere Gators(mostly the mid 80s models with five wheels), boats, boat motors, trailers, houses, lots of land, gold, silver, sex toys, but those are just for fun. I mean fun, not really about the money.
My real businesses I am twice removed and hands off these days. Pretty much I am a lender at this point, but I am into archery and bowhunting. Literally retired off of it. I would not recommend it to anyone lol and I am being serious. far and away easier money to be made. |

I shared simply because I really don't care anymore along with the odds of someone being able to do what I have done/did without already being in the in industry is not very likely. |
Re: What Kind Of thins DO YOU sell on EBay? I wasn't asking asking for specifics on items. I was asking weather you sell new, used, dropshipping etc.

:violin: | You specifically asked "what" we sell, not "how" we sell. :noidea: |

| exxomscp | 11-01-2014 11:36 PM | Re: What Kind Of thins DO YOU sell on EBay? Truthfully, I usually sell all the higher-risk and expensive stuff. I drop ship and have very specific policies on payment and shipping which sort of act as a protection for myself. Honestly, it has to be above a certain price range, or it's really not worth my time.. IMO whatever works; it's all about the money. I've just used stealth methods just to boost my success rate.. Everyone has a method to their madness.
Not recommended, but I don't follow the stealth book 100% either. However, I've found workarounds and things that just work out for me.. with minor gripes every now and then. One of the things you learn in this business is to keep chugging, and NEVER give up. Good luck. |

It's all part of the business, even if you stay with a category, there's always the next best coming out and you always need to make sure your supplier will have it or find ones that do
And always have more than one supplier to keep prices honest |

Like Dmshark25 says. Always keep your eye open for that next item or product to sell. Even if it is that small ticket item to sell on the side and is not your core business. That has really propelled my growth over the past year is getting a bunch of smaller ticket lower profit items but has boosted my ratings on eBay exponentially. After 10 years slowly starting to venture over onto Amazon and a few other places. Lastly, I will agree with the last comment. Never rely solely on one supplier/wholesaler, etc. The more diversity you have the less risk if one can't come through for you at any period of time. |

Only if you have verified, trusted drop shippers that you can rely on at all times. Not easy to find.... |

Would be interested in getting a sense of how many stealthys sell new, used,Drop Ship goods, etc..... | In reality, you should be able to sell anything on eBay, but you have to be very careful when you sell branded items (VERO).
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, sell a branded item and deliver something generic or something that is not exactly what is pictured or described in the listing. If you attempt something like that, you might as well kiss your account goodbye...:nono:

Most people on here complaining are selling foo foo items. Even those few outliers still put accounts potentially at high risk. None the less, if you business plan is buy of Alibaba or some Chinese website and try to resell on eBay. Chances are you are going to get product that is different every time you order and it is going to fail. Especially if you are buying foo foo branded goods. |

vintage items. nice market if u know what your doing, but it can take years to really learn.
I would recommend if your looking for things to sell to focus on something you may like or have a knowledge already on. also it helps if you have a passion for something to sell that.
take a tech nerd, who always wants the latest gadget or fashion something u already like or are interested in.
or a gear head and old car parts.
just a tip |

I completely agree with you. Fashion is my thing so I sell fashion items. I used to be obsess with jewelry and started off selling fashion jewelry but now the market is over saturated especially with cheap sellers from china. No matter what, you always have to keep re-inventing yourself when you are selling online. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 01:46 AM. | |
