Payment Methods - Please Help?
 

Ive brought a new eBay & Paypal stealth account, new IP, new user account etc etc, but i'm a little (a lot) confused about accepting/making payments, the new paypal is verified with a VCC attached and connected the the ebay. I have a new bank account (in my own name). My question is can I use a VCC and then connect my own new bank account to the VCC? Can you put money onto the VCC and just use that? I really dont want to mess up the new accounts and am scared to touch them until im 150% sure, any help would be appreciated? :-)

Only a bank account can verify a UK PayPal.

You then use a VCC to confirm the PayPal.

You can use the VCC to fund PayPal if you want.

You withdraw to the attatched bank account.

The VCC on a purchased account cannot be used as a funding source unless prior agreement was made with the seller.

If you want to buy stuff, add your own VCC / gift card to the account and use that as the funding source.

You add your own bank account and withdraw money to that. The bank account should never used as a funding source.

Just to confirm if i use my "new" bank account to withdraw money to (which is in my own name) paypal will not pick up on my name?

No, banks do not share this infomation with PayPal

Some banks do have an issue with mismatching name deposit though. Which bank are you with?

Think Banking (Royal Bank Of Scotland) is that one ok?

I have not heard of any issues with them, but it would be worth search the forum to see if anyone has reported an issue.
