communication failure notices with new account
 

I have a new ebay account which I've been using to buy supplies for my main business (I learned the hard way to keep my suppliers and their prices private). Its less than 30 days old, but linked to my main account via paypal.

This week I have a few things for sale in that account and so far I've received several questions about them. I tried to respond to the questions, but I keep receiving the following error:

``communication failure notice' '. The email prompts me to contact the member directly through their feedback page on ebay.

Do you think this is a glitch, or some new way for ebay to stop new members from communicating with buyers via email?

Never had that one happen. I would tell you to contact eBay but every time I contact them my account ends up getting suspended. lol

Maybe you can contact ebay live chat and ask them what is going on but don't email ;)

Ebay live aren't worth talking to with these kinds of problems. And the site is so full of glitches right now. I was just wondering if this could be a new security measure (if it is, ebay live wouldn't admit to it)

serena, ebay AUSTRALIA has had a bad weekend with this. Heard again of several troubles and I will not even mention paypal problems;)

Go to your CP & put your location under your profile.There are variations with
rules between the countries so location helps.
