What is an ISP Host number?

I recently changed the password on my stealth account. I then had a confirmation email from eBay confirming the password had been changed by IP: bla bla and ISP Host number??

I have changed my ip by using my VM superhub as a modem only and connecting a new wireless router, can ebay identify me using the ISP host number?? This is a new one to me...

Wondering the same thing, just had 7 accounts get linked and trying to find out why. I saw the ISP Host also when changing a password and if they see Ca Time Warner.net or etc etc whatever the host name is is that traceable?
