eBay and PayPal association with suspended account question.
 

I have a clean PayPal account with SSN and no withdrawal limits. My eBay account just got permanently suspended, after reading the eBay Stealth guide I'm considering making a new eBay account with completely new info and a new IP address.

I don't want to make a new PayPal account because I plan on withdrawing a lot of money and it will be difficult to make a new PayPal account in which I can verify the identity, but I don't want the new eBay account or my current PayPal to get suspended.

The eBay account that got suspended and the PayPal account have different name and addresses.

If I link the new eBay account with the PayPal account that was linked to the banned eBay account will the eBay or PayPal account get suspended?

Your plan will not work.

Your old Paypal account cannot be used with eBay anymore, sorry.

You can use it on other platforms but not on eBay.

You have to start again with a brand new account both for eBay and Paypal. All your personal infos have to be new and not linked with your previous account.

If you have really read the stealth guide I suggest... to read it again.

It won't work people have tried to do this many a times in the past. It might take a week or so but they will be linked and you risk losing your PayPal account as well.

Maybe in the future since PayPal and eBay are cutting ties at some point you may be able to try that. Right now it won't work.

You identified CLEARLY the problem - LINK! Don't do it...it could be suspended fairly quickly.

I'm just sad I have to find a way to make a new PayPal account with a SSN because I don't want withdrawal limits from PayPal.

I am sad because you are not understanding the right methods.

USA based users have other choices than SSN.
