I got an MC999 on a new Ebay account, is it ok to still use the Paypal account?

Usually just an ID confimation MC999 when that happens.

You can just give them a ring and confirm your ID to them to get the account back to selling

Damn! That didn't go as I had hoped, I spoke to them on chat

Looking at your account, I can see that there are some serious policy breaches, so I'm afraid we wont be reinstating your account. Please bear in mind that as your account is suspended, you will not be able to buy or sell on eBay or register a new account

Funny because they didn't send me any request like they said, and also my account wasn't limited at all. They obviously refer to Ebay and not Paypal

I'm not sure, I make accounts in the same way and usually everything ok, but sometimes when i'm tired I can make a slip up with IP etc
