Defect rate% eBay shipping 1 day handling After Postal Hours Sat​urday & Sunday
 

I ship the same day payment clears and use ebay shipping labels. I just saw where they say my performance is low on 1 day handling time? I do not understand that. The only time I do not ship same day is when payment arrives late Friday afternoon (after postal hours), Saturday /Sunday / Holidays as USPS is closed and when e-check is clearing as paypal tells you not to ship.

Does this count towards my defect rate% for 1-day handling when I don't print labels on Saturday & Sunday when a payment clears? eBay is leaving no room for error

It is not suppose to. But I would not surprise me if somehow eBay calculates it differently. When it comes to the weekend I try to at-least print as many labels as I can even if they are not going until Monday. I am fortunate a majority of my products are Flat Rate items with USPS. So it makes it easier. I feel you pain though. eBay is unpredictable these days.

vogeltron is correct - best to check the account details - it may show up but it really should not
