By the way I have a payment policy, I have a bank account only in PayPal

You need your bank account to verify and a VCC to confirm.
Someone will correct me if im wrong as im not familiar with your country and guess things could be different

Just click the update and add paypal and you will be able to sell again

Make sure each eBay stealth account is linked its matching Paypal account. A simple slip up can cause limitation quickly.

Add PP to the eB or...if you can, add a cc to the eBay. Which platforms you working on?

same thing happened to me

i have paypal with vcc and bank account but ebay wont let me sell

Go to eb.com> Account Setting > Payment Method for Seller Fees > Update Automatic Payments.

Also scroll down and make sure your EB and PP email are linked.

Is the card on Paypal still valid? This can happen when the card on Paypal expires.

I have this same issue, and have a question. The card I used for PP (GoBank) has my real name, and I was once previously banned from eBay. I'm essentially just trying to get one working account back, so its not like my name would be repeating a lot, and it is not a particularly uncommon name.

My question is, is it okay to enter my card info directly to eBay? It has worked fine for PP... but I don't think eBay knows my real name, unless it can obtain it from PP. For whatever reason, eBay isn't giving me the option to use PP as my reimbursement method.

You might want to start from the beginning, why can't you list anymore items?

I haven't tried listing a new one actually. I listed one item last night to test if my setup would work okay. I tried to revise the listing today, and when I went to complete the revision, I was stopped with this message:

It does not allow me to select any option but CC moving forward. It is fine to us the CC that I set up my PP account with, I just wondered if there is any risk of being linked by doing so.

Well... I lost patience waiting for a response. I figured if adding the same card that I used for PP doesn't work, I would want to start over anyway. Entering my card as a reimbursement method with my real name was accepted, and I don't have any problems yet.
