ia new account with credit card added added and no bank account i list 3 items was sold and i try to relist the same items and the system show this message

i think i should add the bank account. right?

Sounds like they want you to link your ebay and paypal accounts. Under the accounts tab in ebay scroll down a little and click "link paypal account"
