can buyer change postive feedback after it is left?

hi, i sold a toner, and buyer left me postive, after 2 months, he emails me and tells me that the toner is low and he hardly used it!
he threatened to contact ebay and revise the feedback.
is he able to do that???

nobody999, are you very new to eBay?

By the title I thought this was about feedback revisions instead of what you actually asked. Well, earlier, I'd asked ebay about that and in feedback revisions, they said the buyer must change it to a positive, they can change the comment to whatever they want, and feedback revisions can't change DSRs at all yet.
