Ebay says shirt is trade market infringment?
2 Attachment(s) Recently list an burberry polo but was taken down by ebay saying is trademarket infringement. The shirt even has burberry price but the style was many yrs back then (no longer in sale but in deparmental store). When searching burberry polo in ebay, there are so many polo which are counterfeit. The check (cross instead of straight) is so obvious that a shopper without good knowledge would identify by looking at the counter check yet all are being list with problem. There is fellow located in thailand list burberry polo in bulk and all the stuffs are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ (the check was cross) and ebay did not remove them. What is happening? |
