Ebay Paypal Split Early Preperation?
 

Hi everyone!

I think it would be nice to have a thread last until this split actually happens.

This is big deal. It could really change how we all operate stealth, also could have 0 impact, lol. Anyone preparing, doing anything special in regards to this? I realize its still early but it doesn't hurt to discuss and keep the discussion going until that date, IT WILL COME IN NO TIME!

Any thoughts on things we should look out for, do?

Problem with trying to "Plan" for what might or might not happen is kind of hard. This is one of those things where we have to wait to see what exactly is going to happen and what will be affected.

Just sit back and keep an eye out for any solid, real news.

Well we could keep ONE thread up for all incoming news... I'm sure leakage will come soon.

What happened with you guys in regards to the 200/20000? Did it just come out of the blue? I wasn't on this forum back then. I imagine is was a major punch in our armor so to speak, obiously we fought back. :fight:

I realize its early and we don't have any real news to latch onto but from YOUR expierence what are your thoughts?

(hopefully its not just to sit back...:pop2:)

I think that no matter where there is e commerce, there is always going to be a winner and a loser and the loser is going to try and take all and that includes it's sellers down.

I think the need for stealth accounts is outside where it's eBay or not. Just my personal opinion.

Hey ... I'm just trying to get a healthy converstation going.

Me personally as of right now I'm making as many stealths possible. I know VBA's are getting harder and harder to verify, who knows what changes take place in that category. The more accounts I have in hibernating the better postion I will be in if it gets super hard to create new accounts.

Honestly I'm trying to get away from eBay as much as possible. Thats not the best answer but thats truthfully where I'm at. In the event something happens I NEED to be secured money wise and be able to have other revenue streams coming in.

I hope eBay allows and promotes other streams of payment and doesn't shove Paypal down our throat. Apple anybody? There is so much potential postive/negatives that can happen, its almost amazing to even brainstorm.

That already happened, and I would be surprised if ebay would start promote
a new way of making payments, after they already brained wash most of their users about paypal.

Yea but companies can change. I mean they are still a young company. Who knows..

Not all users been brain washed as buyer I prefer old ebay where could pay with credit card without PayPal as they had own merchant account or even pay with check.

Interesting.. when did this stop? Was it when paypal and ebay united?

Things like this are possible when they spilt up. Like a divorced couple haha...who knows. I'm preparing for the worst and hoping for the best :)

I advise everyone else to make as many accounts as you can too. Who knows the new security implements they put in to new memebers. Its almost impossible for them to do a broad security check on older aged accounts, techincally they could but its highly unlikely..

The 0/0 thing could be taken up a notch when they offically spilt or it could become easier, who knows.
