using a 3 dongle the brand

does any one know if I use a 3 G DONGLE will it keep me under the radar

does it change ip address by it self as 3 have a offer 15g for £19.99 24 month and after 12 months 12.99 is this a good deal ?

3 dongles is fine.

The IP is normally changed when you power on / power off the dongle

You can always use a phone like the Iphone for instance. All you do to reset IP is go into airplane mode and wha la. I've used it 1+ years with 0 problems.
