Macs & routers?

From what I understand in the guide MACS Is one of the ways they link accounts and an easy way to change them is buy multiple routers and change them between accounts?

As for your question, eBay/PayPal does not track MAC addresses. It's mentioned in the guide as a way to help you change your IP address, nothing more.
