i want to register LLC and plan open a business paypal account. I need some advice
 

I want to register LLC and plan open a business ebay and paypal account. My personal ebay account was banned. when I register the ebay and paypal account, can I use my real information, like my real name, real DOB. Does ebay or paypal need my SSN? or they just need EIN. if someone has experience, please help me. thanks.:clap::clap::clap:

You cannot use your real name and real DOB for eBay. It will just link back to your old banned account.

You will be able to give PayPal your EIN.

is the ebay will verify the my name and DOB? and the paypal just need EIN, they do not need SSN, right?

Ebay/PP both are very unpredictable. They can ask/do anything at any point.
Start selling slow. At first PP will not ask for SS if you provide them with EIN. If you become suspicious to PP's eye, they can ask for it....Remember DO NOT use your real info. it will link you back to old suspended account...

If you have an EIN on file, then PayPal will use it for tax reporting purposes and will not need your SSN for tax reporting.

HOWEVER - If they are suspicious of your account, then they COULD ask for an SSN for identity verification.

How likely this is depends on many factors. Complaints, your refund rate, what you are selling, accusations of selling counterfeits, etc.

But, overall, your plan sounds like a good one.

if you will)?

That depends on the laws in your state. But as far as I know, there would have to be a registered agent with a street address. Registered agents are required by each state so that there is someone who can be served with legal process for the LLC/Corporation.
