first suspension
 

hello people

i just received my first suspension :eek:. i was shocked at first but when i did a little research it made sense :rolleyes: it was my first time selling on eBay so i just have to learn from my mistakes and move on
i have been lurking for a few days now getting all the info i need to get back
i have taken my first steps to getting back on but i have one or two questions
i was hoping for someone with a bit more experience could help

first question is very important is all of this legal ? i really don't want to break the law is it illegal to get reloadable credit cards in different names and make make ebay/paypal accounts with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and if it is how strictly enforced are they

i have taken most the steps to getting back on i have changed my ip deleted cookies and created ebay/paypal accounts all i have to do now is verify them
this is where i am having a bit of trouble

does my new phone number have to be located in my area i live in Ireland so its kind of hard to find a VPN service that has numbers in my area
any suggestions would kindly be appreachiated :)

i have a 3v card which i used to verify my first account but the neat thing about 3v cards you get new credit card number every time you top up
and you can also go on to the website and change your all your details
this card was shipped to the address i used on eBay will 3v keep a record of this address would i be safe to use this card for my new identy

when i get back online i want to rebuild my account quickly so i plan to sell
some worthless coins to get some feedback will this make eBay suspicious and if not whats the cheapest i can sell them for
because when i get back on i am going to feel like everything i do is watched by ebay

Go to your "User CP" and list your location.

A lot of what paypal/ebay do is illegal, they just have higher paid lawyers to get away with it. Ebay forcing you to use paypal is a anti-trust/monopoly violation. Paypal operates as a bank and sell insurance on transactions, all without the proper licensing or regulation. A lot of what you have to do will fall in the grey area, not illegal but not on the up and up, either.

everything went well i think thanks to the great info here i still have to verify paypal but there is no rush to do that. Im 99.9% sure i have done everything right if i have messed somthing up how long will it take ebay to catch on to me
