um.. YES!

but only once you have closed the unpaid item case against them otherwise it could have a negative effect if they do end up paying.

YES!!.. I do it all the time.. and Im the ones that ask question after question after ??? I get ready to block them too.. they are not buyers they just want to talk about the product lol

Yep it's best to block before they buy, you can weed out a lot of problems just by reading your inbox , if a potential bidder is asking too many questions that are right in front of them they go on the list

And, if they e-mail me to ask why they are blocked , I tell them this:

"I belong to a group of ebay sellers that trade information about problem bidders. You have apparently caused a problem with one of the sellers in our group, so you are probably on a lot of sellers blocked lists, including mine"........

Nice! These negatives are terrible especially now.. people leave sh*t it for nothing..

Great template! But what if we could do something to beat those buyers? Yesterday I saw one guy who left 4 negatives / 2 positives last month. And sellers keep asking "WHY???". And he just makes fun of it..
