Don't u love how ebay sets refund w/o return as default?

Whenever there's a return requested, ebay has that default button as accept the return right now, and refund the buyer as the top 2 options, as if they want you to refund the customer without getting your stuff back first. LOL. Then of course, communicating with your buyer, it's all the way at the bottom.

Yes, they are turning this into an auto return - refund.
I'd email the buyer separately if I were you... most of the time they didn't even know that a "request" - > Dispute.

It's really really annoying

What's worst is the return request does NOT have an option for the buyer to pay for their return shipping
