Phone verification

Hy im looking to get phone number for Ebay and Paypal in italy or some other country where i need only VCC and phone number to verify paypal.

If you need a phone number in Italy or any other such country youll have to pay for it.
Try sonetel.

Its no problem for paying it.
But do you know if Sonetel accept SMS and calls?
Becuase i need SMS for Ebay.
