New eBay account with 500 month limit
 

I am not sure how I did this. I have created several new accounts last month, and tonight decided to get some of them active selling. The first two got the usual 10 item per month limit. Then the next one, did everything the same, and bam! I can list 500 items a month! I'm still in awe. I must admit I am using a new method I've been working on, more details later. But I would like advice how to proceed. I'm thinking keep it slow for a while and list little by little, correct?

But not so slow that you do not list to as near to your limits as you can.

Will your current business plan handle the increased amount of items?

I might prudently suggest going slowly over these next few weeks of the silly season though.

Do it slow.
Had quite a few a year ago with limits sky high out of nowhere, but they go down very quickly.
If you do have few other accounts i would recommend to leave this one for January.
You dont want to burn it during Christmass season when post is letitng down everyone and buyer get very aggressive.
Order Friday night and Monday morning getting a case for you as its 4 days in teir eyes and they are late with presents

I should try to list near to the limit? I could go on and list 100 items for sale, but then there is a lot of money coming into PayPal right way. I have never had an account like this high limits. I had a real account in my name that was 100/5000 limit for over a year, and when I asked for an increase I was suspended a few days later because I got linked to old accounts. I just want to stay under the radar, but keep the limit where it's at. Maybe chill off the small accounts that I have for a month.
But are you saying if I sell nowhere near the limit, like only 80-100 items they might drop me to 100? Do they lower the limit for no other reason than not listing that near?
