Ebay and Channel Advisor
 

We are thinking about linking our channel advisor account with a new ebay account that I have built under my name. The channel advisor isn't the same account that we used with our former Ebay account, but has similar product on it.

Now the problem I see at the moment is, the first and last name on my old ebay account is my Channel Advisor username, would that name be sent to ebay somehow to get it linked?


With our product, could I set up different sku fields and be able to upload those products to Ebay with out it being linked to our old Ebay account?

I for see this being a problem in the making! Too many things in common throws up a red flag

Welcome to the forums OP - a manual review of the username vs registration names of the old account could lead to issue but it's a remote chance. Make sure listings look completely different

Thanks! Just one question, what if the description is just taken from the manufacturer's Website for a product? Ebay still would count that as the same as the other account?
