Ebay doesn't responde my case over 72 hours.
 
Hello everyone,

I've opened a case on a buyer with 0 feedbacks after he didn't answer my messages for over a week that the item i received is not as described.

I've appel the case the Ebay and I received an e.mail from that saying they will make a desicion within 48 hours.

It's have been over 72 hours...

Anybody knows whats going on ?

Wait longer.
Sometimes they add 72 hours more and even 14 days and 30 days.
It depends on many factors based on your claim and the sellers feedback.
Also the condition of the paypal account, available funds, contact with seller.

I would give it at least one day before reaching back out to ebay.

Yea, welcome to the ebay world........they aren't in any hurry to do anything, especially things that don;t directly make them money...lol......

yeah itll probably take 14 days if he decides he doesnt want to respond to the claim no hurry for them

ebay don't tell time.

If they say 24 hours, add one week.

If they say 72 hours, add one month.

Have patience.

Have to wait a bit more OP - 48 hours is "flexible" in eBay's eyes...

If you have good communication skills I would call and talk to a eBay rep. I do this all the time with cases that are fully justifable and I have a 100% logical explantation on why the case should be favored to the seller.

The thing is when talking, ask for their advice...don't flat out say the buyer is wrong and you want the case favored for you. You have to do it strategically, once you understand how its done, its a piece of cake. :)

eBay have a very different concept of time from the rest of us. Its nonlinear for them :thumb:

Plus its the holidays, I feel that ebay always takes longer to do anything this time of year.

Ebay seem to ignore A LOT of complaints and queries from sellers. Try to chat with them.
