I do this all the time with cases that are fully justifable and I have a 100% logical explantation on why the case should be favored to the seller.
The thing is when talking, ask for their advice...don't flat out say the buyer is wrong and you want the case favored for you. You have to do it strategically, once you understand how its done, its a piece of cake. :) |
