how to reply to bad buyer feedback?
 

Any1 here know how to reply to a bad feedback given by a buyer? I tried reporting but doesn't let me reply to it on the feedbacks.

On the right side where it says feedback tools and look down and click on reply to feedback received.

You have a whole feedback section on ebay that will allow you to reply.
Be aware tat the seller can then leave yet another response to the response you leave.

Yes, I'd wait till the guy cools down, so he's less likely to look at your reply and hit you with another bad comment.

exactly, wait a bit and then turn it round on him, depends what he says, INR, just say sent and not your fault. If SNAD, just pick a hole in his comment

We don't 98% of the time.

If you do so good look having him remove it or eBay.

I tell you what I have done 3 or 4 times over the years and it's worked in all but one case. I leave them a snotty positive feedback and am SURE to use their real name (against eBay rules).....All but once, they came back with another feedback comment on me, and used my name.......BINGO..........That is the easiest thing to get removed ever......

Look for your corrrespondence with him where he threatened bad FB if you didnt do something. There is a list of those "somethings" on ebay in a section concerning feedback manipulation or extortion or whatever.

If he didnt violate those rules, just learn from it, eat it, and move on. You raise a stink about it (with a stealth account) and you are liable to get stinked on yourself.
