ok so i just made a account & right when i put in the micro deposits i go to ebay link my paypal, list a item and the selling limits are 0 items $0.00 a month.

Its a bad time for new accounts this far into december.
Either wait till after new year or make some accounts now but just give them some browsing.history, no selling, and then you might be in a better position.come january.

Go slow on new accounts. Not a great idea to fly straight in selling.as soon as you have the deposits. You need a bit of browsing history, low value good also to get started.

Are you just verifying or are you confirming your paypal too???
Everybody does things differently but i like to verify and confirm my paypal before i even make an ebay account.

i make the ebay account then the paypal, i wait for the deposits then verify and confirm my paypal..

You should make the account look as normal as possible.

Browsing and buying something is a good thing.

What were you trying to sell as first item?

That is extremely dangerous for a brand new account.

You should think something more harmless... books hoseholds... plenty of posts on what to sell as first item.

You clearly have'nt been visiting the forum if you have so little idea of why you have 0/0 limits! And you chose just about the worst time of year to do it as well

Where does the new account got closed come to play?

A quick read of the forum would reveal that accounts do get 0 items with 0 limits. Did you see those threads yet?

Buy some cheap items and get some feedback. Make accounts age them a little bit. Start off selling low risk household items. Used jeans, books etc. Get some sales under your belt looking like you are some newbie trying to some of your personal possessions on eBay for the first time. Then go from them there.

It is amazing to me how few people on this site can comprehend this strategy. It is simple and works nearly every time. It is all about perception with eBay/PayPal you have to build trust with them.

With eBay/PayPal today. Everything is earned not given in regards to selling limits, creating accounts and making them work.
