Most definitely. My new stealth accounts have been sitting usually for 2 to 4 years before I list anything on them. Take a bit of time to buy some cheap $1 items and get some feedback. I do all this before I register as a seller on eBay or do anything with regards to selling and PayPal. It has worked for me over the years. I have a system. I will be honest it is getting more and more difficult as the years pass.

About once a year I got a public location and spend 4-6 hours making 6-8 stealth buying accounts to put on the sidelines for future use.

IM not going to give this out blaten but ask your self imagine you had to do verification on your self with ebay most likely you would pass because you know your self . If you wanted to find out about a person you hired for your business you would .....cough cough.........pull up his info make sure he not a criminal which is PUBLIC!!!!!!!!. The secret is in how u make you make your accounts if you made an account if thin air how would u back it up... make an account out of your uncles uncle uncle if you get what I mean

I keep going slow with these accounts but lately I've been getting 0/0 limit.. How are a lot of people starting to sell right away always without ever getting 0/0 limit..

Answer them questions right. 0/0 is easy to fix means the addy doesn't exist in their public record db. That means you need a way to manipulate them to believe that u r who u r.

I believe you just contradict yourself, unless I didn't get it. It is either answering right (knowing/being that person you claim you are) or manipulate, which is trying to get away with it in some way.
I used one trick which worked with one representative but failed with the other.
There is a lot of luck involved in it. As far as my short experience goes, the best thing would be to not even get to a situation you have to call, and you can minimize the risk of this happens (with some tips in this thread and others).

Basically Ive made a couple that got 0/0 limit recently.. I did create some bid , search history before I try to list an item and it said they have to verify my info so I try and do it on ebay through the link they give me. I click verify through text and I did that and entered the correct pin and click enter, right after I do that it tells me "We're having some trouble now. Try again later." Wth.. I tried to check if my cookies were enabled And they were fine. After I try again and again it ends up telling me to verify by calling them.. i had a verify paypal with bank , vanilla Card attached. Google voice number.. New user account and using my cell hotspot for a new IP.. What I'm I doing wrong? It has happened 2-3 times!! Do I really have to wait One month ? I really don't understand how other accounts typically sell right away or Atleast a week or so after.

* create new user account on PC and use hotspot from my mobile device
* create gmail
* got new card and bank account ready
* create a paypal/ link phone number which is textfree local number
* create eBay/ link number also
* browse, even bid , got one feedback when I bought also on one of the accounts and still ending 0/0 limit.
* wait a couple days
* try and list an item of low value low risk
Then bam.

Pretty much what I'm running into is that this message always appears : we're having some trouble right now . Please try again later. Wth why does it always pop up no matter if I do it in mobile or laptop
