How to know difference between a permanent and temporary mc999 suspension?
 

All of a sudden this past week Ive been getting hit with mc999 suspensions about a half hour to an hour after putting up a listing. The message informing about the suspension just says:

"After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious security concerns. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended indefinitely.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account. Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community..."

I know this time of year sucks, and that you have to be a bit more conservative in your tactics with all the security tightening. But whats strange is that I even got this on my personal non-stealth account as well, in which I've gone through the phone verification confirming my identity through a public database.

Yes on three accounts in the last week or so. I thought thats what it was too, since I know that one of the categories I was selling was considered high risk. So then I decided to hold back on that and try selling a couple items of cookware and it happened again even still.
Could it be my pictures? Some of the pictures were reused from previous auctions. I do however remove personal info from the img properties, as well as load them onto my auction with the web hosting option. I open a new photobucket account per ebay account so they couldnt link accounts that way. But is it possible they can link it just by the image itself rather than the data information, sort of like how google's reverse image search engine works?
