Just thought of a great idea to get around suspensions.

I just remebered there is a public library by me with 20+ computers meaning 20 diff ip's. If an ebay account got suspended to my computer at home, couldn't I just create another one on one of their computers with ofcourse making a new paypal?

if I linked my bank account to a previously suspended eBay account and tried to set up another would they track me through the bank account?

I bet that library thats useing 20+ pc's is on a router which all share 1 ip. I have 4 pc's and there useing 1 router and they all have the same ip

And I am willing to bet a VERO seller in your town has used that IP address years ago and now it is permanently banned, if it has a static IP address.

And yes, using previous bank accounts will result in a linked user suspension.
