There are ways to fight this BS and this site can help you Bogus Takedowns

I'm thinking of suing for the most recent bogus takedon I had to deal with

That sites if youre not selling vero items and have had the issue. I know we all have had it once. Just thought it was towards other types of sellers

good luck, its been done and people have become rich, but you need a lot of money for a lawsuit to be profitable
