Either way I would either create a buyer account or use guest checkout on a separate user account with a good IP so there is no linking
| Don't even log in to an ebay account to use guest checkout, no need to, can be done without being logged in, my last ebay account was limited indefinitely but never stopped me from buying as a guest, paid using debit card that was banned as well, no problems, can't use that card again as a seller, ebay getting desperate for sales or whatever but guest purchases no problems |
