Buying something from myself
 
Kind of a strange question here....

I need to pay for an item purchased on Ebay with a stealth account. I'm short $50 in my paypal balance. Can I login to a different stealth account, and buy a $50 item from myself. This would give me enough of a balance to pay.

Easier and safer to just use a VCC for the shortfall

The seller doesn't accept credit cards, how would I use a vcc to pay?

If you can pay via PayPal then you can use a VCC to fund the PayPal transaction.
