Ebay Proof of Merchandise/Invoice Problem.
 

So this is a legit account.

Over 20+ feedback, sold around 15 items.

I got a restriction saying they want my ID and invoice from manufacturer, receipts etc to allow me to sell again.

These items ARE legit, they were keurig machines and an intel processor and something else I forget.

What can I send them? I do not have the invoices/receipts when/how they were purchased.

Can I make a false (F@ke) invoice?

Please let me know the best step!

eBay will check with your supplier regarding your orders from them. They also know who the legitimate suppliers are. So a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice probably won't work. Is there a reason you can't get an invoice from your supplier?

There is no order history on my keurig accounts for some reason and then intel processor is something I had for a while at my house.

I'm gonna guess that those Keurigs were dropshipped from the manufacturer and so were the CPUs.

Keurigs yes, the one CPU, no it was a personal CPU used not brand new.

My guess is that the intel processor s are the problem I remember a guy getting a stop and assist on selling,straight from the company saying has would be sued for selling and not being a rep for their company wanted him to fax docs on all sales he made and so forth I know he didn't respond guess he just blew them off but I know they watch these items closely

If your Intel sale was a one time thing, you can tell eBay that. But they will probably want something from Keurig. They are trying to make sure that your merchandise is not counterfeit or stolen.

You CAN'T!!!! You were drop-shipping them....I did the same before and there's no way to get invoices.

You didn't even try creating invoices? There are people who can do that, and if I can't sell on my ebay there is no use to it.. might as well try?

Will do no good if they try to contact someone. Since Ke.urig's products are heavily coun.terf.eited, they probably know what wholesale/resale prices are supposed to be as well. You made a horrible game plan by selling expensive items with no proof of purchase, authenticity or reseller authorization. They will have no choice but to assume your's are coun.terf.eited to protect themselves.

Yea, desperate times, call for desperate measures and all of that......IMO, you're history even if you provide what they want....more people never get back on than do.........I'd move on from that account and get on with some new ones......

I agree. One of the benefits of stealth is that you can have as many accounts as you like. Not that we want to waste them, of course. But when something like this happens, sometimes the best option is to move on to the next account.

Still, it never hurts to try to save an account. You can try providing creative invoices and see what happens. It won't make you any worse off.

I don't understand why you can't get any invoice/sales receipt from your dropshipper?

Because those Keurigs were most likely drop-shipped by using gray area methods....that's why, make sense?

You're selling Replacement Brewers. Don't lie to everyone here. What did you expect? Ebay isn't stupid.

If you want to keep selling them, open up tons of stealths and then sell slowly. Not a massive amount.

just the fact that you mentioned creating ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices tells me how you obtained these coffee makers lol. make a new account and don't replace well known items for sales on ebay. good luck.

Just an update in regards to this, ebay shut down my account, but 3 years later (As I am writing this, they are letting me sell again)
