Getting a case removed to repair bad DSR possible?. Canceling transaction?.
 

I have an bad buyer trying to scam me for a partial refund. He agreed to remove the The return request case if I issue a partial refund. I figured I might as well take the hit, because my dsr are not looking great. But is it possible to remove the case where it does not count against the DSR?. Thanks.

Next time, come ask here before doing deals with a buyer giving you grief.

He said he would remove the case is that possible. Maybe a cancel transaction?. I dunno.

Never agree to anything based on extortion.
Ebay has policies in place to take care of buyers like this.

With this new system you need cheap items that are simple and as long as shipped fast will get u a positive or no feedback and just add to your transaction total

Because ultimately if you can keep your transaction total always increasing than it will dilute any defects

An example is shipping Supplies, very cheap, something u can buy in bulk and breakdown into smaller quantities , and it's something that will always sell , and your getting a lot of Buyers that are also sellers, so you really just want transactions to keep growing , but this will also increase positive feedback

And when u get a defect, which everyone will from moron buyers and eBays system, they get absorbed and don't even deny your account when u are up to 1000 transactions in a couple months
